When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be collected and packaged within 1-2 days of receiving your order. This time is necessary for the paint to dry well before packaging. If there are unexpected delays, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will have the opportunity to change or cancel your order.

Damage during delivery

Packing paintings has several layers; it is very durable and can withstand shock and immersion in water without any consequences for the paintings. But still, if the canvas arrived damaged send us a photo of the damage and we will send it again for free.

Refusal to purchase

If for some reason the picture did not suit you and you want to refuse the purchase, send it back to us and as soon as it is delivered we will refund your money. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Track your order

When placing an order, make sure that the likely delay in your canvas does not come as an unpleasant surprise for you. Be healthy!!! If the package is lost, you will receive a replacement or refund. The package is considered irretrievably lost after 3 months from the date of order.
