How is the delivery?

                              We ship goods worldwide, use the postal company Ukrposhta, and it carries out delivery by national postal companies - these are state-owned companies, for example, in the USA it is USPS, in Germany - Deutsche Post AG, and in England - Royal Mail, etc. After sending the parcel, we will send you a tracking number by which you can track the movement of the parcel.

What are the guarantees of delivery of goods? If the goods are delivered damaged?

                                     If the parcel is not delivered within the time specified by us, or is delivered damaged, we will send the same picture again completely free of charge or refund you at your discretion.

Is return or exchange possible?

                                    We produce high quality canvases and are sure that you will be happy with your purchase! But still, if you change your mind or something didn’t suit you, just send the painting back to us and we will refund your money.

Are any actions necessary to use the picture after buying it?

                                        After buying a painting, all that is required of you is to fasten a screw or nail a nail on which hang the painting.

Is any kind of painting care necessary?

                                        Pictures do not require any care! The only thing that it is advisable not to hang pictures in direct sunlight and in rooms with high humidity such as bathrooms and indoor pools.
